Why do I keep getting late notices when my payment is on time? I'm seriously considering refinancing with my bank at a lower rate! You all are nuts! And driving a good paying customer nuts as well!!!mMake

Back in 2021 I had switch banks and on the website, change the bank account to pull automatic payments from. When that switch happened, the autopays apparently stopped going through and (while yes I should have known by looking at my bank account) I was apparently not paying for my car payments.

This went on for months with no letters, no texts and no phone calls to let me know that I had not been paying those bills. So in 2022, they repossessed my car at 4am and I found out by having to go to the police station thinking my car was stolen. When I called Kia, they informed me that I owed over $1200 and to get my car back I had to pay that plus the current months bill. I do that and then the only way I can pay every month is by going through bill pay on my mobile banking app instead of setting up autopay on the website.

Fast forward to this past month, they are sending letter, texts and phone calls (unlike the first time) saying that I was behind on 2 months of payments, which is not true and my account even shows that they received my payments. I tried calling about it once and was bounced around between customer service and collections and another department, to which they didn't give me an answer. I have tried to find an email to correspond with them and provide the screenshot I have of bills and processed payments, but they have no way of contacting them except via the phone number that sends you to customer service workers who don't speak English very well and give you run arounds that don't answer your questions or give you resolutions.

Plan on attempting to call one more time (hard to get anyone after hours...) and trying to just keep asking for supervisors, because if they repo my car again, I am done with Kia and I would be getting a lawyer, because this is ridiculous. Never again.

Why do you need to be talking with "everybody"??? You make your payments ON TIME and you never need to talk with anyone.

Oh, let me guess.. .you're always late, you want "special arrangements" or you want to play the "let's change the due date" game every few months.

Resolved: Your not responding timely

Requested a 10 day payoff on our Telluride. We also requested a copy of the title. KIA Motor Finance provided me a verbal payoff amount during the phone call. Received a confirmation email the same day. The email stated document would be provided electronic (email) within 72 hours. STILL HAVE NOT received those documents!!! Send them ASAP.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Kia had electronic issues and credited my account according to the date that the bank sent my payment.They made it right.

My financial institution electronically sends my monthly car payment to Kia 3 days before my due date. If my due date falls on the weekend, they send it 1-2 days prior to the due date.

This has worked flawlessly for over 2 years. Today, I get a text message that my payment which was due on the 10th, and sent by my bank on the 10th, was not received and is overdue. I verified on my online bank account and with a live person at the bank that it was definitely sent on the 10th. It is 5 days later and Kia says they haven't received it...and asked if I want to make a payment.

NO, it was already debited out of my account so again...NO I don't want to make a payment. After being transferred to several different departments and struggling to understand the persons that I spoke to, I was told to call back and ask for a certain ext. The phone number does not give you the option of putting in an extension so again, I wait. After 1 hour and 25 minutes of my time, I asked to speak to a supervisor and no one was available.

Then I was disconnected. No resolution and no email to contact anyone was available and I did not have an additional hour to try to resolve this. ADbsolutely worst customer service! I hope my vehicle doesn't get repossessed because I am not sending an additional payment.

In fact, I may just move my account to my local bank. At least, I can make a call and speak to someone quickly.

I had bought and financed a 2020 Kia Forte. It was bought brand new. On July 31, 2023 I was hit head on and my car was totalled. I started a claim with my insurance the very next day. It is now Sep. 8, 2023 and Kia Motors Finance had yet to send my insurance the Letter of Guarantee so they can be paid

Too long to put on here . KIA dealership in Canandaigua NY needs to answer their phone. My leased car was stolen right after I paid final payment. Recovered now. Badly damaged. In shop. Lease has ended. What do I do now?

Very simple. They sell the car at auction and apply that money to the contract and YOU GET SUED FOR THE REST!

Turning in the car is a VOLUNTARY REPOSSESSION. Turning in the car does NOT make the loan amount magically vanish!

Title, Need my name released from a title

Im junking my car it broken I took it to a pick and pull in Newark California and I told me I needed to get the title and I explained that it was my ex-husband in the word or my name but it never got transferred or I was released from that North was he DMV told me I need to get a hold of you guys so you can release my name so I can get a salvage certificate for this

Worse website ever

Kia finance motors, website sucks. Ive made payments online for four years with no problem.

Six months ago all of a sudden the website kicks me out every single month website continues to tell me that I do not know my own Social Security number. I dont know my own username and I dont know my password smdh I have it written down . So I have to call customer service & sit on the phone for 1-2 hours before they finally get someone who can help me reset my account! I have owned numerous Kias.

I have given discount codes to family members to purchase Kia & Hyundai but after the insurance hike because of the engine and theft issues with Kia !

My soul engine gave out twice my moms sorento engine gave out and now her Tucson engine gave out!

I have owned numerous cars over the past 30 years and never has any engine ever given out.

Buyer, beware do not waste your money with either of these companies, Kia, or Hyundai. You will regret it.
