New ReviewerI call in a Month ago got a Rep that listen to my problem made suggestion I listen and took them. I rcvd my letter call in got a rep explain then politely got disconnected redial got another rep (Brenda) after explaining to her she said we can only go by what the computer has and to tell me she don't see any notes was dishearten how was the other two(2) rep able to confirm my infor when I ask for a manager she started speaking loudly and repeating what the computer has.
That's the reason I'm calling you, after dealing with Brenda If that's the kind of customer service I'm goin to get I never want to call again. I want a Ford asap
