Kia Motors Finance - Customer service rep. couldn't help me with my questions.
continue - I called my DMV to renew registration on line. I put in my information , name, address ,etc.
I tried several times putting my info and your info IE name, address, box number etc. I told your rep what I did and and she said who told you info is wrong. I told her the computer. She laughed and continued to tell me that they will mail out a power of attorney to me, which would come in about 7-10 days.
My registration was good through June 30, 2018. I said to her , so I can't drive my car until I get the power of attorney. She said they can't E-Mail it to me because most states don't accept copies. I also told her if stopped while driving by the police because of the expired registration I could incur a fine that could be as much as five thousand dollars.
I told her I didn't like being laughed at, also, I was a good customer pay on time or well before time, and I didn't need her questionable service tactics. I asked to speak to a manager several times before she put me through. While waiting, my call never went through.Very displeased and I will tell family members about this experience. I have many friends in R.I.
that buy Greico cars. IN fact my wife goes to the salon of one of the owners, After this experience my days of driving a Kia are over.
