KIA reported me to credit bureau when i have automatic payments taken out of bank account. THey say i missed a excise tax payment but i never got bill in mail only got a over due notice dated 6-1-20 that arrived 6-30-20 however i logged onto site the 6-15-20 to make sure payment came out saw excise tax bill and paid on line immediately.

They took month to get me past due notice and never got me actual excise tax bill that i had no way of knowing amount until i got bill but they reported me to credit bureau and when you call customer service only number you can get they say put in writing wait 30 days for response but they will not talk to you. This is my 3rd kia and never been late but they do not care and will not answer phones and when they do are no help

User's recommendation: DO NOT Fiance with KIA.

Preferred solution: remove from credit bureau.

Kia Motors Finance Cons: Horrible customer to non existant service, Unwilling to remove late fees during pandemic.

I agree I have leased 4 cars from kia finance, I asked for a change in due date because of pandemic and was turned down, This is unfair to loyal customers. I have never missed a payment.

People who lease are treated like 4th class buyers. KIa Finance is never willing to accommodate or compromise with its loyal paying customers. Its is like being penalized for leasing.

This is the last car I will lease with Kia Finance. During this pandemic Kia has been hard core for a dollar shame on them, Get your car financed or leased through someone that cares about loyalty,
