I moved to New York from Arizona in mid-May. I have tried for over two weeks and over 15 calls and many emails in a vain attempt to get KIA Finance to provide the necessary information and documents to the DMV in my new home in New York.
Despite NY DMV faxing state to state transfer forms to KIA finance (which KIA finance requested), no action was taken by KIA finance. Every time I call KIA finance, I get different instructions on what to do and/or Emails requesting information that I have previously provided (4 times now).
When I ask the Kia representative to speak with a supervisor, the phone is disconnected. If I could give them a zero, I would.
