Well. First of all. i miss a month payment (my fault full responsibility) due to a job and state move. Needless to say. A woman called from ka saying she would repo my car unless i pay the amount i owed (2 months worth of a payment). Considering i cant lose my only way of transportation i agreed to pay this on the date i got paid. Sunday the 16th and the ONLY day i can pay this without them taking my car. So i call the 16th. I had two cards i was splitting the difference with. One which is my fiance's, the other half being the the card my business was paying for because an error was made with my check and i didnt receive my direct deposit that exact day. so they offered to pay half my payment due.

1st customer service rep told me she couldnt accept the business payment but could accept my fiance's card once he got home to verify. but even with me just paying half she couldnt control if they still took my car or not overnight because i didnt pay the full balance... so my fiance got home and i called back to verify his account and reached another woman.

2nd customer service (VERY RUDE) her name was Danielle. explained to me that she would not take EITHER payment or any type of split payment it all had to be on the same exact card. I kept asking what made the big difference if i had permission form both card holders and could have them call in the payment, i mean either way they are getting their money? but the answer was absolutely not. she said the previous woman i spoke to was wrong. i couldnt even pay half of it. all or nothing, and if nothing my car would be taken. I WAS BEGGING HER TO TAKE MY MONEY. so i hung up on her rude *** and spoke to my fiance and he said he would just in that case put the whole thing on his card and that i could pay him back once my direct deposit got fixed..

3rd customer service lady i called took his card information no questions asked. didnt even ask to speak a word to him even when i offered over the phone.

WHAT THE ***. it was like as if they wouldnt let me pay them?
