Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. On July 31,2020 I spoke with KMF representative who was extremely helpful and helped provide my bill of sale.

She had tried to call me multiple times, but my phone software had blocked her number. I was very impressed with her knowledge and willingness to spend whatever time / changes were required. She will also keep an eye in title paperwork next week.

This should allow me to register / insure my car before my lease expires in a few weeks. THANK YOU!.

My lease buyout check was cashed on July 7 which is the same day you received my odometer statement. My buyout amt now shows $0 at KMF finance. But I have still not received my bill of sale nor title paperwork. I have spoken with KIA finance several times who agree I should have my paperwork, but can only say they will send another email to Leasing Dept. My next step is to file a formal complaint with Hyundai and our Mass Atty General, Maura Healey. Please do something as my lease expires shortly. Albert B

pan> I had spoken with a KIA rep on 7/13 and was told bill of sale was being generated. That was incorrect. When I called back to check again, I spoke to Supervisor Ebony, on 7/16/20 @ 3:35pm. She told me the bill of sale was never generated even though I did exactly what they told me to do which was - sent certified check for buyout amt via overnight mail to their specified overnight address which arrived on 7/6 @ 1:30 pm. I was told bill of sale would be emailed to me within 3-5 business days. STILL I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. I need to return this to you to then get title paperwork. VERY CONCERNED AS MY LEASE RUNS OUT IN AUGUST AND WITH THE DELAYS AT THE DMV... WHAT IS THE PROBLEM..?? IT HAS BEEN 17 days since you received my certified check

I forgot to mention that I was only able to get the help by emailing executives at Kia. One forwarded my email to KMF with a request to help.

She was excellent and got my issues resolved. That being said, Customer Service was a complete waste of time. Incredible that they could not call folks in Leasing group, but could only email them.
