New ReviewerOur problem is not resolved and now we have to hide our vehicle, but they keep saying they are fixing the problem. Unbelievable experience today, just calling to get an update to see if we have to hide our car and it took several hours.
Disconnected 6 times! The automated phone system places us in collection department and keeps us there like prisoners who need to get punished.
You have no choice to put your account number in or they will hang up on you. This company is so bad and has caused such an enormous amount of stress, I feel compelled to warn my fellow human.
From dealer to KIA financial; bate and switch, fear tactics and lies. Contract shows no payment for 6 mos, yet collections call us 45 days after vehicle was purchased.
Every week we get calls for now 5 mos, each time they tell us it was their mistake and they are sorry. They are so sorry that they have not fixed the problems and on top of that, we just discovered they ruined are credit and trying to repo car...as of today they are still sorry and trying to fix the problem. Time investment in this is over 34 hours, stress level very high. This company is very bad on the business side, dont know about vehicle...
as a matter of fact, we dont know what year our car is because half the paperwork says 2015 and the other half says it is a 2016. Go buy a Honda instead and save your credit and a lot of stress.
