Kia Motors Finance - Poor customer service and resolution

Spent 3 weeks and Will work with my loan company and Kia next week again to resolve th outstanding issue. The frustration is not a single poc or account manager from Kia team who can help. Every time you call it’s atleast 30 mins before getting to someone willing to help . Very poor set up and so disappointing

Kia Motors Finance - Disappointed

Just made my first car payment yesterday. They charged me double after setting up with auto pay saying it was my fault. They told me they would send me a check in 16 days. UGH ! Really Kia. Not happy

Kia Motors Finance - Sends envelopes with different address for payments, then fe

Kia finance sends payment envelopes different address then charges late fees, insufficient funds and charges to make payment over the phone....they are ruining my credit and taking advantage of my age...please investigate and call me at (808)419-0203 regarding all these extra charges for Kia's gain.
