Kia Motors Finance - Lost title

Moved to Florida from South Carolina in May started the process then to get titled transferred to Florida. They have lost my request 4 times and I can’t get my car registered without title. I just sent them an email stating that since they don’t have proof I own the car I’m not making payments until they get off their lazy butts and do their job.
