Kia Motors Finance - Poor customer service.
I paid off our third Kia this past Monday. In Missouri, we already have the title so the only thing they have to do is fax a copy of the lien release.
The first time we called we were told this process would take a week and a half to simply fax the copy. We talked to three different people who kept bringing up finding our title even though we told them we have it. Today I tried again and was given the title issue.
After explaining that I have this car sold and the importance of needing the lien release to complete the transaction I was told it would be three business days for them to fax the document. I as I said, I have the car sold and a deal to purchase another one pending ( not a Kia ) but we are held hostage by Kia Financials lack of effort to send a simple fax!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Send me the lien release fax today..
