You idiots are worthless. I have been trying to send you a copy of the GAP INSURANCE and none of your stupid emails work.

As you should know but you don't, the KIA Rio, 2019 was a total loss in an accident.

The current KIA Rio, 2020, is the one I received in replacement. If you will check your own records, I DON'T OWN TWO KIA RIOs, only one, the 2020.

I don't know why you continue charging amortization on something that the AAA insurance already paid off.

Ah, so you haven't checked with SANDS KIA, the dealer that sold and replaced the car??!!

OK, check with them, among other information that I am providing you with, is the GAP INSURANCE that you can't find, either. Here it is in this letter.

Now before I start pointing out to the Credit Bureau how indolent and negligent you are; I suggest that you start clearing my name with them.
